What information do we collect about you?

The information we collect about you may include your name, email address, address, phone number, company name, business information containing key stakeholders within the business, plus any information you supply voluntarily. Data is also collected through website analytics which are only used to help us improve the website. We do not collect or process any Special Categories of personal data.

We sometimes use publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, industry related forums and search engines to obtain the basic contact details for individuals and/or specific businesses that we feel would benefit from our services such as name, business email address and business contact number.

How do we collect your personal data?

We collect information about you when you fill out a contact form or email us directly. We also collect information when you voluntarily comment on our blog posts, complete a surveyor provide feedback.

How we use your personal data?

We will only process your data if we have a lawful ground for processing your data such as legitimate business purposes, or where we need to comply with a legal obligation.  Most commonly, we will use your personal information in some or all of the following circumstances:- Fulfil your request eg if you fill out a “request a call back form” we use this information to contact you directly, manage your account and if you agree email you about other services and information we feel may be of interest to you.  We may also contact you directly to follow up on the service and user experience we provide.- To provide you with information that we feel may be of interest to you in line with what you have previously expressed an interest in via our website, telephone, email, or events.- If you request information from us via our web enquiry form, we may contact you via telephone or email to discuss your enquiry- To better understand how our web visitors interact with our website- Administering the contract we have entered into with you- Business management and planning, including accounting and auditing

With your permission, we may have to share your personal data with third party service providers, where it is necessary to administer the working relationship with you are where we have another legitimate interest in doing so eg our time and expenses provider and customer relationship management provider.  We require third parties to respect the security and confidentiality of your data and treat it in accordance with the law. We will never pass on or sell your data for any purposes outside those explicitly set out above. 

How long will we store your data?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. 

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure. Data which is no longer relevant will be securely erased.

We will respond as soon as we can and in general this will be within one month from when we receive your request, however if the request is going to take longer to deal with, we will let you know.
